We have an exciting opportunity to develop a lasting and financially rewarding career as a **Online Vehicle Sales Consultant / Customer Communication Centre Specialist **at **CarPlace** in Bibra Lake.

You will be responsible for handling all incoming phone and internet sales enquiries for used cars. You will be engaging with customers, purchasing and selling vehicles over the phone and online and appointing customers to the showroom sales professionals.

**YOU**:

- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Highly personable with a helpful and bright phone manner
- Articulate with the ability to quickly establish rapport
- Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Full WA Drivers Licence is required
- Previous Sales or Call Centre experience is essential
