We’re on the lookout for a driven and people-focused professional to help grow our Service Sales division. You’ll play a vital role in helping us become a leading provider of access solutions no pushy sales tactics, just genuine relationship building and smart problem-solving.

Key responsibilities:

- Grow and retain customer accounts through trusted, long-term relationships.
- Reconnect with past customers and reignite business opportunities.
- Actively follow up on quotes, solve problems fast, and make customers feel valued.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver great service.Track activity and opportunities via CRM (you’ll be supported with training if needed).

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
- Proactive mindset - you're not afraid to pick up the phone or chase leads.
- Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.
- Friendly, dependable, and aligned with our values.
- CRM knowledge is a bonus, but not essential - we’ll train you.Value driven, culture alignment with our values is essential
