The Sales Consultant will play a key role in growing the service sales area to become a leading provider of access solutions. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new customers and partners while managing work through CRM systems to meet customer needs. The position will also work closely with management to actively support the achievement of strategic KPIs.
Success in this role will be measured by consistent sales activity, the ability to build and grow strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Timely follow-ups, proactive communication, and effective issue resolution will be essential in delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Success is team-driven, with no individual sales targets, and will rely on the individual’s ability to align with company values, act with integrity, and consistently provide a positive customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Grow accounts and uncover new opportunities.
- Reengage with customers and bring them back to the table.
- Follow up quotes, resolve issues fast, and keep customers happy.
- Hit activity-based KPIs (no individual sales targets—team success matters here).
- Build solid connections with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
**YOUR SKILLS**
- Previous experience in a similar role within the sales industry.
- Friendly, proactive, and comfortable with cold calling and chasing new leads.
- Has strong connections and a deep understanding of the local customer market.
