**About the role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised Procurement Construction Support Administrator to join the Gold Coast team as a full time parental leave cover for 12 months.

**In this role you will**:

- Ensure pre and post construction processes are prepared and records are accurate in business systems.
- Provide support to the General Manager Housing and others in the Development team.
- Effective diary management inclusive of coordinating business travel and accommodation bookings, minutes for meetings, and monthly housing team board report.
- Raise and manage budget, purchase orders, invoices, toll reimbursement and expenses.
- Process renewal of management team’s industry licenses and memberships, vehicle and trailer registrations/servicing/repairs.
- Coordinate and assist with various events.
- Order uniforms & PPE
- Liaison with marketing department for social media content and EDMs.
- Review supplier data, registers, performance evaluations and adjust as necessary.
- Ensure supplier rebates are recorded and tracked with finance.
- Coordination of supplier and subcontractor performance reviews and dissemination of results.
- Maintain and update the procurement register.
- Liaise with General Manager of Housing and Procurement Committee on expiry of agreements and assist with renewal processes including performance reviews.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- The ability to identify, analyse and solve problems.
- Exceptional communication (oral and written) skills.
- Excellent people management, relationship building and networking skills.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
- High level computer skills, proficient in the MS Office suite of products.
- Capacity to maintain a high degree of discretion and exercise sound. judgement in dealing with sensitive and confidential matter.
