This is a **full-time fixed term position (12 months),** and will be located at our Head Office in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast.
**More about this role**:
Reporting to our Manager, Standards & Training, you will be responsible for ensuring mandatory training is completed around Australia and that accurate records are maintained. This involves daily data entry into the Learning Management systems, collating and analysing training reports, updating training materials and assisting our various departments around the country with access to and query help for e-training resources.
**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:
- This position will be responsible for all administration and document management of our various training platforms
- Assigning e-learning modules and enabling login access
- Organising upload of new courses into our e-Learning platforms
- Communicate and troubleshoot with stakeholders regarding database and system functionality, logging any issues with system administrators
- Assist in generating productivity and completion reports monthly and quarterly.
- Assist in special projects including change management process for introduction of new systems procedures and processes
**What do you need to be successful in securing this role?**
- Demonstrated success in a similar role
- Relevant qualifications, Cert IV in Training and Assessment or higher desirable
- Previous experience in a Training Administration or Support Role ideal
- Proficient in use of Excel and various databases
- Well-developed report writing and presentation skills
- Methodical, problem solving attitude and approach to work
- Experience in large volume data entry and data integrity / corrections
- Experience using an LMS (Learning Management Systems) or other databases
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- As you will be working in the Aviation Services industry, you will be required to obtain a clear National Police Check
