**The Role**
You will be supporting a senior executive who is an inspiring individual. You will have a keen eye for detail with a focus on communication and a clear approach to reaching targets. You will be responsible for managing projects, and that deliverables are met. This is a great opportunity to make the role your own.
**Core duties include**:
- Provide overall proactive and efficient support to the senior executive
- Diary and inbox management including scheduling meetings, events and attending required meetings
- General support of the wider team
- Coordinate travel including managing a travel budget
- Manage communication and ensure all leadership team members are across relevant projects and communication
- Managing expenses
- Coordinating meeting agendas and taking minutes
In order to excel in this role, you will be “pro-active” and not “re-active” and have a can-do attitude. You will be an individual with a strong work ethic and highly developed attention to detail and administrative skills. To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate.
- Experience as an Assistant, PA or EA
- Experience within project management
- Excellent attention to detail - experience proofing and formatting documents highly beneficial
- Strong organisational skills with prior experience managing busy calendars
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- The ability to work well within a team and autonomously
- A team-player with a proactive attitude and willingness to help the team wherever required
