This is real team work and we are seeking experienced recruiters to join us for long term secondments or fixed term contracts. **To be successful in this team you will need the following**: - Experience in processing end to end recruitment using Springboard, Vader, SAPHR and myHR (preferable) - High level communication skills - Understanding of employment awards, legislation, policies and directives relating to Recruitment Hire and Fixed Term Contracts within a Government Organisation - Specialist knowledge and experience in the delivery of contemporary recruitment and selection techniques, methodologies and services - Experience in the provision of HR advice in a complex environment Not mentioned in the role description but still required to be successful is a high level of motivation and a "can do" customer service attitude. Ability to provide a wide range of services to clients, sometimes in difficult, complex situations. An ability to work within a high performing team of experienced recruiters who are motivated as a team that support each other.
