DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- EOM reconciliation of creditor statements.
- Resolving any issues from stores or creditors.
- Ensuring all stores complete their monthly OH&S Toolbox meetings and follow up any outstanding matters.
- Entering of creditor invoices into XERO.
- Match, batch and check all creditor invoices for all stores.
- EOM checking of P&L, and entering EOM journals and any adjustment journals required for all stores.
- Daily EFT and/or cheque payments.
- Daily and weekly reconciliation of bank statements for all stores.
- Answering all incoming phone calls and redirecting appropriately.
- Mail.
- Distribution of paperwork to stores.
- Ordering and distribution of uniforms for staff.
- Petty cash for Management, Blacktown store and Distribution, and reimbursement to other stores.
- Any other office duties as required. An attractive salary on offer based on skills and experience.
