Australian Lifting Centre is a leading wholesaler in the lifting and rigging industry. We have branches nationally and continue growing. We have a position available in accounts payable.

The main purpose of this role is to monitor incoming invoices and ready them for payment.

There is an immediate start for the right applicant.

Some of the tasks will include:

- Precise checking of invoices
- Dealing with suppliers
- Reporting any inconsistencies
- Monitoring all purchases
- Check and match all purchases with jobs
- Experienced in Accounting software e.g. MYOB
- Experience in any WMS software also preferred
- Ensure accurate entry of all accounts payable documents

- Excellent communication skills - written & oral
- Good interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Team player
- Experience in accounts payable
- Exercise a high degree of accuracy, consistency and self-motivation
- Excellent Time management and prioritisation
