We are looking for an exceptional Accounts Clerk with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a professional attitude for a busy role.

Reporting to both Finance and Branch Manager, the Accounts Clerk role will need to have high attention to detail and will be able to focus on various tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Assisting with EOM reporting
- Assisting with annual audit
- Accurate entry of supplier invoices and reconciliation
- Intercompany recharges
- Assist and act as back up for other team member
- Ad-hoc projects as allocated by manager

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in freight forwarding is desirable but not essential
- Experience using Cargowise is desirable but not essential
- High level attention to detail
- Reliability and willingness to work as part of a small team

This is a full-time office based role at our Horsley Park office.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- invoicing: 1 year (required)
