**Responsibilities**:
Our team is looking for someone who is interested in a career in property management; specifically strata management. Being able to work well in a team environment is a must and autonomously.

The successful applicant will need to show they have initiative, the drive to improve their skills, and have high standards of customer service.

As a strata assistant, you will be working with a close knit team, helping our 2 senior strata managers and support staff, so that we can provide our clients with a high level standard service.

Strata is an evolving business and can at times be difficult, and most suited to someone who works well under pressure.

With full support, your role consists of:

- Assisting the Strata Manager managing a portfolio of buildings and advising clients in accordance with relevant legislation and attend meetings
- Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
- Budgeting, preparing invoices, dispute resolution and writing agendas and minutes.
- Providing a customer-focused strata service

**Qualifications**:

- 1 + year Previous Experience in Strata Management
- A current Strata Management License or Strata Certificate of Registration
- Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
- Work in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
