Providing a range of services across a multi-state footprint, they have a well-defined new strategy, led by their recently internally-appointed CEO. The CPO is a critical appointment to ensure the delivery of their strategy, with highly visible and impactful deliverables to be achieved.

Reporting to an astute and highly competent CEO, the CPO will lead a broad portfolio and team encompassing business partnering, workplace relations, talent acquisition and health, safety and wellbeing. The key areas of focus will see you:

- Lead, manage and develop people & culture function
- Undertake and enhance workforce planning, talent acquisition and talent management
- Develop engagement, reward, recognition and retention strategies
- Lead the industrial and employment relationship negotiations across multiple states
- Business partner the Executive

- Are highly competent at managing employment relations matters including bargaining, investigations, change, negotiation, conflict resolution, coaching and development
