**In this role you will**:

- Provide significant contribution to the development of creative talent attraction strategies that deliver increased talent pipelines and are aligned with the Talent Acquisition Group workforce plans.
- Coordinate and conduct public information and promotional activities both in person and online.
- Collaborate with QCS Media and Communications unit on targeted recruitment content for publication, both online and printed.
- Build capability in the Talent Acquisition Group through implementing and coordinating key attraction initiatives to deliver targeted outcomes
- Undertake analysis of any attraction activity and provide advice on trends or insights that assist with recruitment planning
- Review and update attraction material to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines, legislation and/or policies.
- Proactively seek and research new ways to improve QCS' attraction strategies.
- Compile regular reports on talent pipelines and outcomes achieved from attraction strategies.

**The essential requirements for this role are**:

- Experience using various attraction and sourcing methods, preferably gained in a medium to large organisation
- Effective interpersonal skills as evidenced by the ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders with a focus on high quality talent attraction.
- Demonstrated written communication and research skills including the ability to prepare bespoke attraction strategies.
- The ability to think outside the box in researching and resolving any attraction issues, and for improving attraction materials.
- Ability to prioritise and coordinate activities in a team environment to meet established deadlines.

The successful applicant will be required to travel intrastate.
