
Principal Advisor Attraction

Provide specialist strategic HR advice and consultancy services to a wide range of stakeholders
- Develop and provide expert leadership to key statewide communities of practice supporting the Hospital and Health Services, focused on Attraction and Visa and Immigration
- Develop and optimise business processes and systems for improved efficiency and functionality
- Prepare submissions, briefs, audits and performance reports and contribute to policy development
- Lead large scale HR projects to delivery to support organisational outcomes
**The successful personYou will have**:
- Proven experience managing major HR projects to achieve strategic workforce attraction objectives at the organisational level
- Values-based leadership, coaching and management capabilities
- Knowledge and experience in Visa and Immigration processes
- Demonstrated experience in policy development
- Expert written skills to prepare meaningful submissions, briefs and reports
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple and varied stakeholders and build meaningful relationships across the organisation to drive collaborative success
