
After-sales Service Product Manager

**Aufgaben**:
- The role:
- Working for Mercedes-Benz Australia in this full time, permanent role based in our national Head Office team you will be a key driver of innovation for our Passenger Cars After-Sales Department. Reporting into the Head of Service Operations, Warranty & Digital Experience, you will develop, implement and manage the comprehensive strategic national service product portfolio.
- This role will provide you with the opportunity to lead service related projects and initiatives, designed to grow service retention, increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability.
- Your key duties and responsibilities will be:
- Maintaining Mercedes-Benz Australia's national service plan, as well as, wear and tear product lines for all vehicle ranges;
- Maintaining service product content on the national website, ensuring transparency for our valued customers and retailers;
- Driving all service products campaigns in collaboration with passenger car sales & finance team;
- Developing and maintaining engaging training material for service products, ensuring all material is compliant and legally approved;
- Working across business units to ensure any system integrations are communicated to all key stakeholders from a local, regional and global level, with consistent reviews;
- Managing and identifying digital tools to further drive the development of our service business, for example utilising Middleware technology, PowerBI and Salesforce to strengthen Data Quality to support retention; and
- Facilitating monthly steering meetings to highlight recommendations to senior leadership across digital, analytical and pricing topics to enhance the After-Sales and service customers' experience.
**Qualifikationen**:
- What you will need to be successful:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders and present to groups
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C communications and After-Sales services product
- Experience with costing and financial analysis, as well as, automotive after-sales system experience will be highly regarded
- Understanding of PowerBI visualisation tool and Salesforce
- Tertiary qualification in a Business, Commerce, IT or something similar.
- 5+ years’ experience in automotive industry or experience in a service and product environment.
