
Maximizing Customer Satisfaction as an After Sales Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced After Sales Service Manager to oversee our after-sales service operations in southeast QLD and northern NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and maintenance for their equipment investments.
About the Role:
- Managing and leading a team to deliver high-quality customer service
- Overseeing the scheduling and completion of equipment servicing and repairs
- Liaising with customers to understand their needs and manage their expectations
- Analysing service data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborating with the sales and parts teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the after-sales service offering
- Monitoring key performance indicators and providing progress reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar after-sales service management role
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment and machinery maintenance and repair
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
