**Full Time Receptionist/Admin role Seventeen Mile rocks**
We are currently looking to expand and recruit a full time receptionist. We have other part time admin staff who will support you with your daily tasks. You would be working with another receptionist, but some days on your own.
We are an air conditoning and electrical company.
- **Please note, previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.**_
Your role:
- Coordinating & booking in jobs
- Taking payments
- Entering invoices & receipts into MYOB
- Typing up quotes
- General office duties
- Assist with administration tasks across all divisions
Experience & skills preferred:
- Experience with MYOB
- Experience with Mac computers
- Experience as a receptionist/ office assistant
- Coordinating and booking jobs
- Great customer service
- Attention to detail
- Organisation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
Pay rate dependant on experience and age
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Seventeen Mile Rocks, QLD 4073: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
