**About the Role**:
The Key Account Manager is an integral member of our Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) sales team, responsible to manage and nurture key customers to retain and grow K-C’s business through utilization of end user marketing insights and intimate knowledge of key end-users.
In this role, you will maintain existing business with key End User Accounts by utilizing end user marketing insights and prospects to generate opportunities and engage targeted customers in regular contact to understand their business needs. You will collaborate with customer management teams and channel partners to initiate / build relationships with the prospective end customers. Bringing In depth knowledge of the customer’s performance and initiate action based on the monthly performance monitoring.
**Further responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Broaden penetration across categories and identifies other opportunities to expand account
- Build a strong network of relationships within customer accounts (e.g., General Manager, EHS, Ops) to influence decisions at various levels of the customer organizations.
- Embrace digital technology (video, social media, eCommerce) to identify leads and business opportunities.
**About you**:
You are a seasoned sales professional with Direct selling experience (selling outside of channels), TBD by market/area. Experience selling within manufacturing, industrial and /or food production industries, utilising a solution focused and relationships driven sales approach.
You have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills working with cross-functional teams within a fast paced environment.
