**The Opportunity**:
Adaptalift Group are growing and looking to add to our team, as the new Finance Administrator you will be responsible for supporting our Accounting & Credit teams with a variety of finance administrative tasks.
This position is a full-time, permanent opportunity located in Clayton. We are offering a hybrid work environment with plenty of opportunity to learn and develop your career.
**What you will be doing?**
- Daily banking allocation, allocating funds to debtor accounts
- Assist with data entry and system up-keep for the finance and accounting team
- Raising sales invoices, credit notes, write-off balances
- Finance debtors reconciliations
- Processing intercompany invoices and reconciliations
- Manage the shared inboxes, manage customer enquiries and assist team with general administrative tasks as required.
**To succeed in this exciting opportunity, you will have**
**Drive**: A drive to grow your career in finance, supported by a tertiary degree (or currently studying).
**Learn**: Are an agile individual, comfortable learning and using multiple systems
**Team Player**: The ability to be a team player, assisting the team with multiple tasks at once.
