Our Client, a fast growing, Australian owned business specialising in the supply of healthcare equipment used primarily in Community, Aged Care and Hospital settings is seeking a Junior Purchasing Administrator to join their Product and Purchasing Team. This is a newly created role due to growth. You will work closely with the Team and be fully trained on all their systems.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Purchasing Team. Some of your duties will be:

- Assist with the ongoing management of product data integrity within the ERP system (SAP)
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform basic purchasing data entry tasks such as raising and checking purchase orders, order confirmations, invoices, ETA tracking and vendor information.
- Maintain organized records of purchase orders, purchase invoices, stakeholder correspondences and vendor information.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to gather information, resolve issues, and coordinate purchasing activities.
- Engage with external suppliers on a variety of inventory and purchasing related inquiries.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
