**The Role**

In this new permanent full-time role, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders and Accounts Payable to raise purchase orders following the Global Digital Supplier Management Framework. You will require both vendor management, co-ordination and data entry skills to closely monitor and drive all orders and capture asset information on behalf of the Digital Delivery Centre.

**In this role you will**:

- Ensuring purchases are processed with accurate Delegation of Authority (DoA) including all cost centres and necessary accounting codes as required.
- Liaison with stakeholders, including vendors in regard to purchasing and invoicing queries and payments as required.
- Assisting with the on-going management and processing of purchase requests and that invoices are approved for payment by stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Regular Auditing of purchasing requests and invoices with high degree of accuracy regarding cost centres, GL codes and expense claims.
- Running weekly, monthly and annual data reports for the Digital Commercial Lead and providing copies as directed. Ensure asset management information is updated in ServiceNow.

**Skills you’ll bring**
- Minimum 12 months experience within a purchasing administration role
- Fast, accurate data entry and touch-typing speed of 45 wpm or more
- Intermediate to advanced PC literacy and the ability to learn new systems rapidly.
- Ability to multi-task, self-manage and prioritize high work volumes to ensure agreed timeframes and expectations are consistently met.
- Ability to proactively establish and sustain effective stakeholder relationships. Compliance Requirement: Must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident
