**The Firm & The Role**

Our client is a high profile national law firm with a leading construction and engineering team. Due to a strong pipeline of work, the firm is looking to recruit a construction lawyer at the 2 to 5 year pae.

This team is consistently highly ranked in legal review publications. The firm and this particular team's client base is stellar and consists of local and international clients, Tier 1 construction companies, environment consultancies, mining and energy companies, government agencies. You will work on some of the largest and most complex construction and engineering claims in Australia. You will also be exposed to front-end construction work and projects.

**About You**
- You will have at around 2 to 5 years pae in construction law (front-end or back-end or both)
- Experience with arbitrations would be advantageous but not essential
- An engineering degree would be looked upon favourably
- Strong drafting skills, attention to detail and business acumen
- First class communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently, but within a team-focused environment
- Passion, drive and a good work ethic
