**About the roles**

The role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys process and structure to things, as we have the opportunity to work with the team to provide support across compliance based administration for our technicians and customers.

**Some of the key tasks are**:

- Administration support across service teams and branches for compliance based activities
- Use and ownership of digital based systems to track and monitor completion of works and required reports by technicians
- Update of maintenance routines and tasking as required for new contracts across the branches
- Management and update of processes to ensure execution discipline to our customers
- Maintenance of Customer Portals
- Support to teams on compliance based tasks for customer reporting, service documentation
- Consolidation and support to team leaders / Branch managers on defect and quote registers for customer sites
- Working in with the operations team and communicating strongly on progress of service maintenance and documentation requirements each month.

**About you**:

- Administration experience in a similar role
- Team oriented approach
- Proficient MS Office Skills and ability to learn new digital systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and teamwork ability
- Ability to manage a work flow or setup / improve upon current process
