**About us**:
Based in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, Skills Generation (RTO41008) is a leading provider of VET Training services in Queensland delivering a broad range of qualifications across Community Services, Aviation, Information Technology and Business Management. Skills Generation is a Department of Employment, Small Business and Training (DESBT) Skills Assure Supplier (SAS) in Queensland. We are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to lead all our Commercial activity and join our team on a full-time basis.

**Qualifications & experience**

It is essential that applicants have strong attention to detail, excellent computer literacy and have experience with records and data management. Experience working in an RTO Compliance environment is essential as is the following:

- Knowledge of the ASQA Standards for RTO's (2015) and Skills Assure Supplier (SAS) requirements.
- Experience in validations, internal and external audits, policy and procedure documentation reviews.
- Ability to support administration activities as requested on a daily basis using the approved Skills Generation platforms.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders, employers, staff and customers as required to maximise their positive experience.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Positive attitude to support a culture of continuous improvement.

**Tasks & responsibilities**

To contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a supportive environment that achieves successful outcomes and meets the individual needs of a diverse stakeholder group
- To support all compliance, business improvement and development activities.
- Conduct administration as requested, which supports the implementation, maintenance and ongoing improvement of Skills Generation's compliance framework.
- Maintain and securely keep accurate administration records.
- Attend meetings as arranged.
- Other duties as directed
