We are looking for an **Executive** **Assistant** to support the Bethanie Board of Directors. Reporting to the Executive Support Team Lead and as part of the Bethanie Secretariat team, this role provides high level confidential Board and Sub-committee Board administration and organisational support.

This will involve coordinating and managing Board Meetings, and Sub-Committee Meetings, minute taking, and management of all calendar commitments for the Board. Tasks are delegated via the CEO, the Board, Executive team, and the Executive Support Team Lead, to enable efficient management of Board activities.

The role is being offered as a fixed-term 12-month contract working full-time, based at our beautifully appointed office on Pier St in Perth.
- Significant experience working in a similar role and liaising with C-suite executives
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and highly computer literate
- Exceptional written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
- Work with initiative both autonomously and in a team environment
- Well-developed time management skills
- Able to deal confidentially, sensitively and constructively with difficult situations
