This Role

The role is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the College, and for representing the College to the wider community. Supported by an Executive leadership team, the Head of College shapes and realises the overall direction of the College.

The Head of College is also the CEO and plays a crucial role in ensuring sustainable financial growth, overseeing operations and managing College property and resources.  The role will champion opportunities to further enhance the College's excellent residential offering and effectively respond to external changes in the student accommodation market.

It is an immersive role, in which an exceptional leader will embrace the College's many social, cultural and sporting activities. The role requires the combination of commercial acumen with the personal qualities of empathy, care and integrity.
