**Who are we looking for?**
We are seeking a Evaluation and Data Engagement Officer to join Learning and Teaching Unit, Education Portfolio, Academic Division.
The QUT Academy of Learning and Teaching (QALT) has a core focus on developing educational practice and enhancing learner engagement and outcomes through a comprehensive suite of professional learning, evaluation and recognition activities. The QALT portfolio includes professional development, peer review of educational practice, HEA fellowships, evaluation, and impact and awards. The Evaluation and Data Engagement Officer plays an important role in the evaluation of units and teaching at QUT. The focus of this role is on coordinating and supporting internal and external surveys.

About the Learning and Teaching Unit The Learning and Teaching Unit (LTU) is committed to a culture of collaboration, working in partnership with students, industry representatives, and staff across QUT to meet the evolving needs of our learners. Guided by our Real World Learning Vision, LTU leads and coordinates learning and teaching across QUT, leveraging existing initiatives and enabling new ways of thinking and working that are learner-centric and future-focused..
**What you need to succeed**
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of a degree with subsequent relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated digital literacy including the ability to use corporate systems and online platforms for customer relations management and surveys, MSOffice 365 and advanced Excel functions to import, access, extract, interpret and visualise data.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement communication and marketing strategies, including the creation of content, plans and timelines.
- Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to create tools and protocols to track progress to ensure key deliverables are met.
- Ability to use initiative to solve problems, manage priorities to meet multiple deadlines, and work productively to support a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to edit and write a range of communication materials as well as communicate verbally in a variety of contexts to a wide range of audiences.
