**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support and assist in the consultation and successful implementation of the HSEQ Management System
- Develop, review and implement Site HSE Plans
- Communicate and promote the Company HSE strategic plan
- Review the quality of information submitted into the database system
- Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs
- Undertake HSE system and compliance audits
- Conduct regular site HSE inspections
- Conduct incident investigations
- Review and assist with the development and maintenance of Site HSE Risk Registers
- Undertake safety conversations
- Assist with the development/ review of risk assessments
- Review contractor HSE performance

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
- Certificate IV (or equivalent) in Environmental Management (desirable)
- Dangerous Goods qualifications/ training (desirable)
- Chartered/ Certified HSE professional (desirable)
- Internal Auditor qualifications (desirable)

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong relationship management skills
- Experience in third-party audits and corrective action planning
- Knowledge of HSE legislation, ISO45001 & ISO14001
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Experience in conducting incident investigations
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others
- Competent computing skills
- Superior problem-solving capability
- Ability to work flexible hours
