We are looking for a passionate People and Performance Manager to join our on-site team in **Moorabbin**.

**Requirements**:
As a People and Performance Manager, you will:

- Manage and support end-to-end P&P processes across the employment lifecyle, including talent attraction, onboarding, induction, probation and performance review and management ensuring quality and timely execution
- Assess levels of Employee Engagement and implement strategies and processes to improve engagement
- Review and recommend remuneration & benefits strategy and process based on reward for performance, and that ensures internal relativities & equity, and market competitiveness that is cost effective to the business
- Provide support and guidance to management, and other team on P&P related issues
- Manage and support the talent acquisition team including defining an attraction strategies and at times sourcing, shortlisting and interviewing
- Execute and implement P&P Strategy
- Develop, modify and implement HR policies and processes as necessary in responses to legislative requirements and the needs of the company
- Provide comprehensive month end P&P reports and analysis of any variations
- Manage all ER matters including conducting disciplinary and grievance investigations, conduct and performance dismissals, redeployment and redundancy consultations and unfair dismissal claims

**About you**:

- Previous experience working in a similar role working in a fast-paced environment
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of generalist HR experience; 5 years in HR Management roles
- Extensive experience partnering with business in HR activity.
- Deep understanding of best practice, and “fit for purpose” HR strategies, practices and processes
- Demonstrated capability in identifying innovative solutions to issues
- Adaptable in dealing with ever-changing conditions
