ABOUT THE ROLE

As the People Experience Consultant, you'll drive high performance, deliver genuine service to key stakeholders, and bring people together, because we know we're better together. With a positive mindset, strong ownership, a hands-on approach, and an eye for opportunity, you'll support growth, embrace change for tomorrow, and celebrate the moments that make our team thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design, implementation and maintenance of culture, engagement and sustainability initiatives
  • Provide support, guidance and coaching across the full employee lifecycle
  • Development and delivery of learning & development and leadership programs, including ownership for our Graduate program
  • Manage the planning and delivery of our performance review cycles
  • Provide recruitment and talent support, including onboarding, talent pipelining, succession planning and our graduate program

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you will have:   

  • 5 years + experience working in a similar role.
  • Coaching & experience with performance management.
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation and awards with well rounded generalist HR knowledge and skills
  • Experience designing, implementing and measuring the effectiveness of engagement, culture, leadership and learning programs
  • Tech savvy with a process improvement mindset
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems. Employment Hero experience advantageous
  • Enjoys being hands on and getting stuff done
  • Someone who is flexible, high degree of emotional intelligence and likes having fun
  • Open to Full Time or Part Time (4 days per week or 9 day fortnight)
