**Your new company**
Your new company is a Federal Government Agency located in Sydney CBD. Their P&C Team is looking for a HR Advisor for support.

**Your new role**

Other duties:

- Advise stakeholders on HR policies and procedures.
- Coordination of recruitment processes.
- Being POC for day to day general HR enquiries.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with line managers in order to understand their needs.
- Being a HR systems expert and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Other reporting and administrative activities.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills including strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.

**What you'll get in return**
- Hybrid role with offices in the CBD (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
- Temp role until February, with possibility of extension
- Hourly rate $37-40 + Super
