Our client is at the forefront of leading worldwide logistics sector.

They are currently seeking a self-motivated Dispatch Officer to join their team in Erskine Park NSW. Dispatch Officer shall ensure smooth execution of all outbound warehousing operations and office support, as per contractual requirements.

This position will report to the team supervisor on a daily basis, regarding outbound operational performance.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Monitoring all outbound warehouse operations
- Ensure all delivery orders placed prior to agreed cut-offs are shipped as per agreement
- Ensure all orders are picked and label accurately for dispatch
- Manage flow off outbound orders as to ensure all are dispatched as per contract
- Quality Control
- Review all outbound non-conformance with Warehouse Operations Manager
- Perform daily spot checks on outbound orders, checking for accuracy
- Update operational scoreboard daily, prior to pre-shift meeting
- Removes the retention copy of DR before handover to LSP and ensure signatories from SDS, Security and LSP. Safekeep of the retention copies for future reference
- Process Goods Issuance after actual dispatch. Send dispatch data to LSP for Online orders
- Send dispatch data to LSP for Online orders

**Requirement**:

- Above High School Degree
- MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Power Point/ suite)
- English advanced level
- Must living in Australia
- Full training will be provided.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St Clair, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:
