Baseline security is required and the ability to obtail a white ASIC and ESC

About the role
- Booking appointments for for an in person identity verification.

When they meet with the applicant to verify their identity they are required to:

- Sight the applicants original identification documents
- Capture and upload a photo of the applicant
- Confirm that the identification documents appear to be authentic and meet regulatory requirements
- Verify that the applicant is the person represented on any photo identity documents
- Taking scanned copies of identity documents and uploading them
- Record observations about the applicant identifications documents
- Manage ASIC deliveries:

- Receive and acknowledge card deliveries
- Reconcile delivered cards against the dispatch report in the portal
- Record any discrepancies in the portal
- Store cards securely
- Issue printed cards:

- Issue new cards to the applicants after verifying their identity against their photo identity documents (for example, a driver licence)
- Inform card holders of the financial penalties that will be enforced by the Issuing Body if they do not return their card when it is no longer required
- If issuing a replacement card, collect the previous card (if required) and a statutory declaration declaring no criminal charges have occurred since the completion of background check
- Use the portal to record all imporatant information.

In addition to the above, the verifiers will need:

- To be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook),
- Experience in face-to-face client engagement (e.g. retail, service desk, customer liaison etc)
- Previous experience handling/viewing/working with identification documents is desirable.
- High attention to detail with all of data entry submissions.
