**Job Description - Operations Coordinator**

**Location**: Preston Office (On-Site)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: $33 per hour (inclusive of superannuation)
**Probation**: 6 months

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across the business.
- Manage **rostering of staff** to ensure service delivery requirements are met.
- Oversee **onboarding documentation** for new employees and contractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update internal **systems, databases, and records** to ensure information is current and accurate.
- Ensure **compliance with all business policies, procedures, and relevant industry standards**.
- Monitor and support staff adherence to operational and compliance requirements.
- Prepare reports and updates for management as required.
- Assist with internal audits and implement improvements to strengthen compliance frameworks.
- Support the development and rollout of new systems, processes, and operational strategies.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an operations or compliance-related role (NDIS experience highly regarded).
- Ability to manage rostering systems and multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
