**Level 2 or Level 3 Support Coordinator - Business Growth Partner**
We're seeking an experienced Level 2 Support Coordinator to join Equisent Group's Support Coordination division in a unique partnership capacity. This isn't just another support coordination role - it's an opportunity to build your own practice with the backing of an established organization.
**The Opportunity**
You may be feeling stagnant in your existing role, with mínimal chances of career progression, but you don't have the confidence yet to strike it out on your own. Along with the upcoming NDIS registration requirements for Support Co-ordinators, it's all a bit too hard (and expensive) by yourself.
As a Business Growth Partner within our Support Coordination division, you'll maintain the freedom and flexibility of clinical practice while Equisent handles all administrative aspects of running a business. This position allows you to focus on what you do best - providing exceptional support coordination - while growing your client base and professional reputation with our support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality Level 2 Support Coordination services to NDIS participants
- Leverage your existing professional network to build a client base
- Specialize in complex support coordination, particularly hospital discharge planning and home and living accommodation transitions
- Collaborate with our team to develop innovative support solutions
- Contribute to the growth of Equisent Group's Support Coordination division as a valued partner
**What You'll Bring**
- Current Level 2 Support Coordinator qualification and experience
- Established network of NDIS participants and service providers
- Specialized expertise in hospital discharge coordination and/or home and living accommodations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow beyond traditional employment constraints
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
- Passion for creating positive outcomes for people with disabilities
