**Role impact & contribution**
As a **Media Advisor (Digital & Content)**, you’ll support the corporate affairs team in traditional and social media content and projects, which are integrated and aligned with organisation-wide strategies, outcomes and NSW Government objectives. Some of your key duties include:
- Develop proactive and reactive communications content for all communication platforms (traditional media and digital) for Treasury and the NSW Government, including for the Treasury and Productivity and Equality Commission websites, scripts for short videos, social posts, internal engagement, speeches, media releases and responses
- Film and edit short videos for external and internal audiences
- Coordinate Treasury’s social media posts, including writing, developing, sourcing, generating infographics, and gaining approval for written and visual content.

- Experience in external communications and/or journalism
- Experience in developing and commissioning engaging stories and creating content for traditional media and digital channels
- Strong written and verbal skills and an open communication style
- Attention to detail with excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to respond quickly to the demands of the organisation and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or other related area is desirable
