**Overview**:
The Paid Media Specialist and Manager is a pivotal role at Lupo Digital, contributing to and shaping the future of digital advertising within a Human-led, AI-first marketing environment.
You will be responsible for managing existing portfolio of clients as well as designing, launching, and optimising paid media campaigns end-to-end - setting up ad strategies, creative, copy, and landing pages, while fully leveraging in-platform AI, automation, advanced bidding strategies, conversion tracking, ad scheduling, video advertising, and offer management.
With a data-driven mindset and passion for strategic campaign creation, you will focus on:
- Managing client portfolios of Lupo Digital
- Managing Agency-level Ad Platform (FB Business Manager, Google MCC Level Accounts)
- Campaign strategy, planning, execution, and ongoing optimisation
- Driving qualified traffic and generating high-quality leads
- Analysing and reporting on campaign performance with actionable insights
- Ensuring all paid media efforts are tightly aligned with client revenue growth goals and success metrics.
This role directly supports Lupo’s Human-led AI-first digital transition, enhancing Lupo’s ability to scale customer acquisition, drive measurable growth, and lead innovation in an AI-first, HubSpot-centered digital landscape.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**:
- Develop, execute, and refine multi-channel paid media strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.). Support strategic campaigns tied to Lupo's TOFU MOFU
- BOFU content funnel approach.
- Create performance-based plans aligned with the buyer journey and persona pain points.
**Ad Campaign Management**:
- Set up, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Manage campaign elements, including:
- **Ad Creation**: Designing and writing compelling ads for various platforms.
- **Keyword Research & Targeting**: Identifying relevant keywords and using targeting options to reach the right audience across paid media channels, in collaboration with SEO and Content Strategy teams.
- **Bid Management & Budgeting**: Optimising bids and managing budgets to maximise ROI.
- Implement continuous A/B testing of creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
**Performance Analysis**:
- Regularly track, report, and deliver actionable insights on all active paid media campaigns.
- Leverage data-driven decision-making to improve campaign performance continuously.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with internal Strategy, Content, and Development teams to ensure cross-channel alignment.
- Support SEO and content strategy initiatives with complementary paid media campaigns.
- Assist Sales teams by creating strategic retargeting campaigns aligned to customer journeys.
**Client Management**:
- Join client meetings to present campaign performance, share optimisation strategies, and contribute to broader digital planning.
- Manage and solve issues with client's campaigns and other inquiries.

You will operate within Lupo’s technology ecosystem, including:
- **Agency's Ad Platform Accounts for**:
- **Google Ads** (Search, Display, Video, Google MCC Level Accounts)
- **Meta Ads Manager** (FB Business Manager, Instagram)
- **LinkedIn Campaign Manager**:
- **TikTok Ads Manager** (where applicable)
- **HubSpot** (Marketing Hub, CRM, Reporting)
- **ClickUp** (for project management and documentation)
- **Figma** (for visual collaboration and campaign architecture)
- **ChatGPT** and **Gamma AI** (for ideation, content, and automation support)
- **Slack**, **Fathom**, **Google Chat & Meet** (for communications)
**Key Metrics (KPIs)**:
Performance success will be evaluated against:
- **Lead Volume Metrics**:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Lead Quality Scores
- **Conversion Metrics**:
- Landing Page Conversion Rates
- Click-Through Rates (CTR)
- Impression Share and Audience Reach
- Contribution to Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- **Campaign Financial Metrics**:
- Campaign ROI per channel
