We are seeking a motivated Digital Advisor to join the Office of the Hon Chris Minns, MP, Premier. You will identify media opportunities across social and digital channels and develop creative, audience-focused campaigns that communicate the Government’s policy priorities and initiatives to the people of NSW. You will work closely with a high-performing team to produce and deliver digital content and campaigns that tell the stories of NSW. Position is based in Sydney CBD.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement digital content strategies for social media, digital platforms and earned media.
- Create, edit and deliver multimedia content (video, graphics, photography, short-form social).
- Identify trending storytelling opportunities and champion new ideas, tactics and formats.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise content based on insights.
- Work collaboratively across the Office to shape messaging and amplify priority initiatives.

**Essential skills & experience**
- Experience working on digital campaigns and social media strategy.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms and what performs on each.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Photography and/or videography experience.
- Initiative and a clear instinct for what engages audiences online.
- Team player who is willing to pitch in across tasks and support colleagues.

**Desirable experience**
- Experience in influencer marketing and running end-to-end influencer campaigns.
- Experience providing staff support for high-profile individuals at events and on the road.
- Experience working effectively in high-profile or politically sensitive settings.
