Project Support Officer - NV1
- $700 -$900 p/d (experience dependant)

Rubix Solutions are currently seeking an experience NV1 cleared Project Support Officer on behalf of our leading defence consulting client in Canberra.

Role offered on a contract basis for 12 months + likely 12 month extension.

$700 -$900 p/d (experience dependant)

**Requirements**:

- At least one year experience as Project support Officer
- Active NV1 security clearance or above
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Strong Writing skills
- Strong time management skills
- Understanding of project Risk, Issues and dependencies
- Have a thorough working knowledge of the CIOG transition processes to enable effective engagement with stakeholder support towers for the progression of transition activities
- Full understanding of Defence project management process
- Full knowledge and understanding of Project Central.

**Deliverables**:
You will be tasked with the responsibility for the provision of project support. Advising on the available standards, procedures, methods, tools and techniques. Evaluates project performance and recommends changes where necessary. Contributes to reviews and audits of project to ensure conformance to standards.
- Contribute and support activities across all lines of the Project as directed by the program manager
- Governance reporting lead and will support project management processes, procedures, tools and techniques, contract deliverable management
- Assist with facilitation of all aspects of governance meetings, workshops and documentation
- Coordinate weekly project reporting updates
- Assist with project governance, reporting and project schedule/s
- Provide procurement assistance
- Use recommended project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking
- Set up project files, compile and distribute reports
- Provide administrative services to project
- Provide guidance on project management software, procedures, processes, tools and techniques
- Manage project corporate information
- Assist project manager with managing project risk and issues
- Any other tasks reasonably requested by the program.
