One of Australia’s prominent **Federal Government Departments **is looking to engage an experienced **Project Support Officer **to support the project activities within a technical delivery team. The **Project Support Officer** will work with senior leaders and project teams across the program to assist in the planning and delivery of the program. The successful **Project Support Officer **will be offered an initial **12 month** contract along with **2 x** **12 month extension** options partnered with a **rewarding hourly rate**.

The successful **Project Support Officer **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Projecting coordination, planning and record keeping
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Secretariat, meeting and workshop organisation, and reporting services

The successful **Project Support Officer **will have experience in the following:

- Well-developed organisational and time management skills, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with short deadlines, and a commitment to achieving outcomes through collaborative teamwork
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, and Visio to produce documents, presentations, diagrams, and infographics
- ICT project experience
