This organisation is a quality specialist provider to healthcare professionals. They are dedicated to their customers and employees and market high quality medical devices and provide exceptional service to hospitals in areas such as ICU, surgical specialties, orthopaedics and CSSD.
They are currently looking for an orthopaedic state manager/team leader to lead a team of 2 territory managers in Victoria, as well as to manage a territory in Melbourne, looking after key accounts and surgeons while providing mentorship, coaching and case support coverage to the others in the team (x2). You will provide case support to surgeons in theatre and help your direct reports to do the same, while developing their sales and clinical skills, to help grow yours and their market share, with paid on-call work, once in 7 weekends, on a roster system.
You may be a current sales representative, in orthopaedics looking to step up, or a current sales manager in orthopaedics open to joining a small ortho company that makes a difference to surgeons and patients.
Ideally you will have a nursing, science or related degree, with the right attitude and personality that endears you to surgeons and their associates, nurse unit managers, nurses, etc., so they want to have you in their operating room.
