Our dynamic team includes 3 experienced brokers, 3 local support staff, and 11 skilled loan writers and administrators. Together, we form a powerhouse of expertise, efficiency, and collaboration. With a sister financial planning company, we offer clients holistic, long-term financial guidance — and you'll be part of that journey.

What You'll Do

As a Relationship Manager / Mortgage Broker, you'll:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with a well-established client portfolio (no cold calling)

  • Research, structure, and recommend lending solutions tailored to client goals

  • Collaborate closely with our dedicated loan writing and admin team to deliver a seamless customer experience

  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, accountants, and real estate professionals

  • Ensure compliance and operational excellence through our industry-leading CRM (Connective Nexus)

  • Continuously develop your expertise through in-house and external training opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Cert IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking & Finance (mandatory)

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker

  • Strong analytical and customer service skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • A genuine team player with a positive attitude and sense of humour

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan application systems

  • Commercial lending experience (bonus but not essential)

  • Ability to pass police and credit checks
