**Your Role**

Reporting to the Group Manager - Financial Control, this role is responsible for coordinating and assisting with the financial governance and compliance processes for the Group, including coordinating the external audit and JSOX program. The role will maintain clear communications between the Group Finance team, functional teams, business finance teams and Nippon head office.

In this specialist role, you will interact with the external and internal audit teams and provide assistance in ensuring expenditure within fixed cost budget, particularly in regard to audit fees and any additional charges for delays in deliverables.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinating the program (including scope) of external audit and any material issues arising from the audit
- Assessing the adequacy of DuluxGroup’s systems to monitor, report and ensure compliance with laws, and regulations and accounting standards that may impact its financial statements
- Coordinate the Financial Governance processes of the Group to ensure the financial records have been properly maintained and that the financial statements comply with the appropriate accounting standards
- Prepare and communicate Group governance instructions which outline the processes in place and the timeline for governance activities

**Skills & Experience**
- Degree qualified (Business, Commerce) and/or minimum 3 year’s corporate finance experience with external audit and financial governance functions
- CA/CPA qualified
- Ability to influence and hold others to account for delivery against timelines
- Good communication, project and change management skills
- Experience in managing multiple deadlines and priorities across varying teams and functions
