**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join us working across our group functions. These functions include, HR, Strategic Marketing, Sales Capability, Finance, M&A, Legal and Executive/Board.

In this role, you will be a trusted and credible advisor gaining great exposure to multiple senior leaders within the group. As a result you will have the opportunity to learn and develop through some of the best leaders in our business.

Based in our Clayton head office, you will navigate complex entities and reporting structures. You will analyse and interpret complex sets of data and narrate the results in a simplified way that helps drives action and resolutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Delivery of all month end activities on time
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of all data and information
- Partner with sales, marketing and supply chain finance teams and provide performance insights
- Lead and produce annual budgets (cash fixed costs) and forecasts for the business

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in the accounting field, preferably in the commercial environment
- Financial modelling and reporting experience
- Experience in SAP or other ERPs is preferable
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport & influence stakeholders
- Relevant tertiary qualification
