**OVERVIEW**

Our Insights functions partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age by leveraging our unique Search Intelligence technology. Captify is looking for an Insights Analyst at the start of their careers to support the delivery of market leading, high-quality media insights and data visualisations.

Prior experience working within Media Agency, Market Research Agency, Consulting or AdTech in a similar role is desirable. The role will require considerable cross functional engagement, we believe in collaboration, one of our core values being to “build this together” therefore expect to work with every part of our business.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Insights Presentation - Organize and present data to effectively communicate findings
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions

**Strengths**
- Numerical problem solving - Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems
