**The Opportunity**:
We’re currently recruiting an exceptional opportunity for a talented Power BI Reports & Insights Analyst to join this niche insurance FinTech in Sydney.

With a growing suite of market leading products, the business has very large scale expansion plans within Australia.

**The Role**:
Reporting directly to the Head of Insights you will be responsible for finding insights and building data visualisations and artefacts to support Operations, Sales and Marketing. You will be someone with an eye for design and a mind for data

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, build and support operational dashboards and reports
- Use PowerBI and Excel daily
- Perform analysis of data sets
- Support the develop data engineering pipelines

**Key Qualities and Experience Sought**:

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of **Power BI**:

- Advanced knowledge of **Excel**:

- Intermediate knowledge of **data modelling**:

- Skills in SQL (ideally Postgres or SQL Server)
- Knowledge of data visualisation principles and techniques
- Ability to interpret and understand complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills
