Are you looking for a position that provides autonomy when it comes to creativity, content creating and marketing? A top performer at Bulimba is seeking someone who wants to play a crucial role in enhancing their client relationships and team promotion.
You will do this by managing a multitude of client & community events, social media coordinating & marketing execution. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong organisational, interpersonal, and marketing skills to ensure seamless client experiences and effective promotional efforts.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end event coordination with your Lead Agent, inclusive of concept, planning, budgeting, development & delivery of events
- Social media management
- All-inclusive for Irealty creation and coordination
- Award submissions & sponsorship management
- Create and execute an annual agent & team marketing calendar
- Monitor online presence to identify new business leads and gaps
- Agent budget management for sponsorships and all agent marketing
- General personal tasks as requested.

**Requirements**:

- Proven event coordination experience and previous delivery is advantageous
- Experience with marketing events and social content creation
- Experience working within a high-volume environment requiring fast-paced admin skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with a level of autonomism, prioritise and manage work effectively
- Excellent people skills
- Outstanding attention to detail;
- Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package
