Sales Assistant

- Engaging with the community by calling the street(s) and delivering letters surrounding just listed and sold properties;
- Attending photoshoots, styling appointments, building and pest inspections, private buyer inspections and other vital daily out of office appointments;
- Keeping a close eye on the core area listings of other agents and following up accordingly;
- Preparing Property Feedback Reports;
- Open Home and Auction open and close processes;
- Data entry and management; and
- General support and administration for the entire sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a customer facing industry with an administrative component required;
- High & vibrant energy
- Strong desire to learn from the ground up;
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute wherever needed;
- Current QLD Driver’s License and suitable vehicle;
- Real Estate Sales Certificate or open to obtaining one; and
- Strong communication skills.

This role will challenge you, but it will also provide the perfect environment for growth and success. You'll be working Monday to Saturday (Game Day), with a well-deserved Friday RDO to recharge and refuel.
