**About the role**:
The HR Business Partner is a full-time position, based at Ingleburn, with some travel requirements to other facilities in the region.
Reporting to the GM of HR, this role will see you acting as a true HR Business partner for the NSW region and help implement change to support CSR's business strategy.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ensuring professional and timely execution of service in the areas of Employee relations, Remuneration and Benefits, Workforce Planning, Talent & Succession Planning, HRIS, Superannuation, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Communication and Change Management for all State Teams.
- Competently navigating HRIS, payroll, recruitment and performance review processes to provide support to line management
- Preparing and reporting key HR metrics, including insights
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key business stakeholders
- Partner and lead BU or Group change initiatives.
- Facilitating training sessions to help drive change
- Be a true business partner who can affect change through a coaching mindset approach
- Building rapport and coaching a professional NSW leadership team, as well as helping leaders manage and build HR performing teams
- Negotiating EBA's as required and provide professional expertise regarding workplace disputes and termination / unfair dismissal processes as they arise.

**About You**:

- Minimum 5 year + HR business partner experience, with a mix of blue and white collar
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Experience in ER/IR
- Experience in training facilitation and change management
- Demonstrated capability to have a coaching mindset
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
- Degree qualified in HR/IR or related disciplines
