Bookkeeper

**Our client**

Our client is a rapidly growing Asian food manufacturer and distributor **located in Campbelltown**.
Established in 2016, it has developed extensive sales channels and opened 5 retail outlets. The company aims to introducing and bringing the best of traditional Chinese cuisines, especially Sichan
Cuisines to Australia. With their business expanding, they are now looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join their accounting team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Record transactions such as income and outgoings, and post them to various accounts
- Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
- Process payments and issue invoices when required
- Reconcile company's financial records and bank statements to help ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Sort and classify retail and supplier orders according to the guidance of operations manager
- Assist with running payroll when required

**Critical skills to the role**
- 1-2 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting will be highly regarded
- String working knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting systems
- Proficient in MYOB
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Bilingual in Chinese and English is essential

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
